Gelatissimo is always providing options to suit everyone’s tastebuds with their delicious gelato, and that’s what they’ll be doing with these three innovatively beneficial flavours they’ve created with amazing partners.

    ACAI BOWL, a Brazilian acai berry gelato topped with berries and granola, made with Amazon Power Acai. The crunchy golden granola by Carman’s is made with a blend of oats, nuts, puffed rice and pepitas, toasted with honey, cinnamon and vanilla. Regarded as the #1 Superfood, Acai has more than 5 times the antioxidant power of blueberries, and is the star ingredient in this delicious flavour!

    CHOC COCONUT PROTEIN, a creamy vegan-friendly choc coconut gelato, made with Blessed Protein powder. Made with Callebaut cocoa powder and a base of coconut and soy milk, this is the perfect flavour for our plant-based customers. Blessed Protein powder is an all-natural, vegan-friendly plant protein powder made from pea protein, produced with 100% sustainable raw ingredients. It’s the perfect treat after a work-out!

    GINGER & LEMON KOMBUCHA, a refreshing ginger and lemon tea gelato made with Rok Kombucha, handmade and batch brewed locally in Margaret River. Rok Kombucha is an authentic, raw Kombucha infused with cold-pressed ginger and lemon, filtered pure Margaret River water, certified organic white and green tea and certified organic kombucha culture. This is then topped with a ginger swirl containing real ginger pieces.
