    First up, the HAWAIIAN TROPICAL COCONUT, a coconut gelato topped with a chunky pineapple ripple and salted macadamias. Made using fresh pineapple and paired perfectly with coconut, these tropical flavours capture the warmth and essence of Hawaii.
