Darling Harbour Movement & Meditiation Classes
Join Darling Harbour on Tuesdays for a lunchtime experience at the Chinese Garden of Friendship. Instructor, Carol, will guide you through a combination of qi gong, tai chi, and yoga movements to reduce stress and improve focus, ending the session with a calming meditation.
Carol is an experienced yoga teacher trained in various styles. She is passionate about helping individuals connect with their body’s wisdom for self-care and healing.
