    Recipe: Gelatissimo’s Biscoff Mug Cake


    Treat your taste buds to Gelatissimo’s Lotus Biscoff Mug Cake, loaded up with Biscoff gelato.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 4 tablespoons Plain Flour
    • 3 tablespoons white sugar
    • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 egg
    • 3 tablespoons Biscoff spread
    • 3 tablespoons milk
    • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

    TOPPING

    • Biscoff gelato
    • 1 Lotus Biscuit
    • 1 teaspoon of Biscoff spread for topping

    METHOD

    1. Combine all ingredients in an oversized coffee mug.

    2. Whisk well with a fork until smooth.

    3. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes and then take it out to check to see if it is raised and fluffy

    4. If not, continue to microwave in thirty-second intervals.

    5. Top with Biscoff gelato, Lotus Biscoff biscuit and drizzle over with hot Biscoff spread
